Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, prepared for dispatch, or shipped.
Once your order has been packed or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed. The actual processing time may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, e-wallet provider, or payment gateway.
Exceptions
We may reject a cancellation request if:
• The order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or is in transit.
• The item is customised, personalised, made-to-order, specially sourced, or part of a bulk purchase.
• The request is submitted after the permitted 24-hour cancellation period.
• The item has already been reserved or prepared specifically for the customer.
Customers are encouraged to review all product details, sizes, colours, quantities, prices, and delivery information carefully before completing payment.
